"Disappointing Experience with Klipsch 400 Soundbar"
A couple of weeks back, I got myself a Klipsch 400 cinema soundbar from this company. After setting it up, I ran into some lip sync problems. I reached out to them, but the first email I got was pretty unhelpful, suggesting I hadn’t done the setup right. Since then, they’ve ignored all my emails and don’t pick up the phone when I try to arrange a return for the faulty item. I can fix the issue by rebooting the soundbar, but it’s a hassle to do that every time I turn on the TV. Plus, when I switch modes with the remote, it often goes back to the TV speakers. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy from them again because of the terrible customer service I’ve faced, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m now over £300 out of pocket, which is tough in these times, and returning the faulty goods seems impossible even though it’s under warranty. I really hope this helps other shoppers steer clear, as I wouldn’t want any other retirees to go through this. Caroline McAuley, a very distressed genuine customer.

I placed my order and it arrived the next day. I've begun using the Marantz PM6007 and I'm really pleased with it—great price and service! I haven't had to reach out to customer service, so I can't say much about that, but the delivery was super quick and the item is fantastic—couldn't be happier!

I placed an order for a Pro-Ject Turntable on Sunday night, and it was set to arrive on Thursday, but it showed up two days ahead of schedule. Gotta say, the fast delivery by DHL is impressive! I haven't opened it yet since it's a gift, but everything seems to be in order so far.

"Hifi Enthusiast with Over 45 Years of Experience"
As a seasoned Hifi enthusiast for more than 45 years, I want to give a shoutout to Anthony and Hifi Confidential Woolwich for their excellent service. I purchased a Marantz CD Player from 2020 that turned out to be defective due to a bad batch. Antony jumped on the problem right away, no fuss, no conditions—he sent it back to Marantz and handled everything with the manufacturer like a pro. In the end, I swapped the faulty player for its newer model, which Anthony provided, and it works like a charm. I'd definitely go back to him without a second thought. What really counts is how things are handled when issues arise, not just when everything's smooth sailing. Super friendly and helpful. Just to clarify, I have no personal ties to him.

"Got my hands on a special Fortnite bundle..."
I got my hands on a special Fortnite Nintendo Switch Bundle. Super pleased with the item. I called up customer support since I placed my order during the Christmas/New Year rush, worried there might be a hold-up in getting it. The product arrived really fast, and the customer service was top-notch. I'd definitely grab more stuff from them without a second thought!

I feel like I got totally ripped off. I placed an order for an amplifier but then decided to cancel it since I didn’t need it anymore. A guy called me up and said it had already been shipped out. No email or any heads-up about it being sent! But whatever, I was told to just refuse the delivery when it arrives. I did just that. Now, weeks have gone by and still no sign of a refund. My emails are getting ignored. I've had to take it up with Paypal to sort this mess out.
This place might be alright if everything goes smoothly, but good luck if you run into any issues—it's a total circus!

"Lack of Customer Support"
I ordered a product from Hifi Confidential, and it went missing during delivery, finally showing up 5 days late. I get that this isn't Hifi Confidential's fault, but trying to reach them during that time was a real nightmare: the phone just kept ringing, and my emails were ignored. The product itself was okay, but when you reach out to an online store and they don't bother to respond, it really ruins the whole experience. Because of this, I wouldn't use them again, and I can't recommend them to anyone else.

I bought a Marantz SR6013 from Hi-Fi Confidential, but it sadly broke down after half a year. I sent the defective unit back to them, and they forwarded it to Marantz for fixing. Once they got it back from Marantz, they shipped it right back to me with next day delivery. The whole experience was fantastic; I can’t say enough good things about Hi-Fi Confidential—they're a really reliable store.

"Fantastic Support During Lockdown"
I purchased a lovely Philips TV from this store on a Tuesday for a fantastic deal (10% cheaper than other places and it comes with a 5 Year Warranty). I thought it would show up after the weekend, but they called me to see if they could drop it off on Thursday (just 2 days later). The unit is simply incredible! Awesome service, product, and price. I'd definitely recommend them! Thanks a bunch! :)

"Quick Fix"
I had a problem with the CD player at first. But when I called, they promptly swapped it out and shipped a new one the very same day, even before I sent back the broken item. It wasn't their fault that the product wasn't working right, but their follow-up was top-notch. Much appreciated!
